Sturbridge Senior photography session with Léa

As a senior photographer, located in Sturbridge Massachusetts, I always take the time to chat with my seniors and their parents to find out what they have in mind and how they envision their session and final images. As an artist I strongly believe that the images should reflect my client’s personality, and choosing the right the environment/setting will help bring out the best out of my clients. When Abigail asked if i’d be willing to drive to Brewster, on Cape Cod, to take photos on the beach located close to their family vacation home, I did not hesitate one minute. I knew this was the place that would make her most comfortable, and bring her lovely personality out. The beach, the waves, the freezing water made her forget how intimidating it is to be in front of the camera ( yes we are all intimidated), and she was in the moment, having fun and enjoying a beautiful evening.
beforehand, I also encouraged her to share with me some inspiration images, and I loved that she shared some slow shutter movement images. I love creating them, because it’s about being in the moment and how you “feel’. I left this senior session with a huge smile on my face.
