Happy New Year!

We have been having some very warm weather here in Massachusetts and we are all itching to get some real snow so we can finally get skiing. The kids and I usually get night passes from Berkshire East Mountain and enjoy going there after a hard day of studying. I am getting a little old for night skiing ( nights are COLD), but I bring a good book after a couple of hours of skiing and get to relax. I am so glad I learned to ski 10 years ago when I moved to New England because I always wanted to enjoy the winter!

Anyway back to photography, lately I have been doing a lot more sessions with teenagers and have come to love them so much. Love seeing their interaction with their sibling and parents . You need to document those pre-teen and teenage years.

This session was done in a studio not far from Sturbridge, Massachusetts. The studio is called House of Jules ( https://www.instagram.com/houseofjulesblog/ ) , and Julia has done an amazing job renovating this beautiful home. It has high ceilings, white walls and floors and carefully selected furniture. A photographer’s dream, and I love bringing my clients there.
